A little vanilla yogurt, some frozen blueberries, some canned pears and viola...into some make-shift popsicle molds (bathroom paper cups and plastic spoons) and a few hours later we have a refreshing after dinner treat :)

Avery's Teeth
Avery enjoying her blueberry yogurt pop tonight, she didn't want to touch it at first. She flapped her arms at me when she wanted another bite. Toward the end she was grabbing my hands or the spoon and trying to shove the entire pop into her mouth...poor little thing has 5 teeth coming in all at once!!
Owen's new reading "nook"
Owen's own space, toys and time are at a premium these days with Little Miss Avery staking her claim in the playroom. Anything that's within reach or "climbing reach" is fair game! Owen likes to find ways to have some time to himself, like in this bin from home depot :) He piled some squishy stuffed animals in the bottom and spent a while reading to himself! Now if we could only contain Avery that way....

Avery 10 months
We think Avery's about to unveil her first tooth...after many months of "teething" she has turned up the volume and is intense about biting and chewing on anything she can get her hands...or mouth on! 
You really should witness Avery's personality first hand...it's funny, silly, loveable and incredibly innocent. I can tell she is anxious to show everyone what she's made of :-)

Avery's rolling over...take 2
So when Avery rolled from her belly to her back a couple weeks ago we were so excited and figured she'd be rolling everywhere...but she did it a few times and then that was it! She didn't even attempt to do it from her back to her belly!
Soooo.....the past week has been filled with finding her feet and playing with them, then pulling both feet up and starting to roll onto her side, and then finally yesterday she did it! She rolled from her back to her belly, got her arms out from under her and the smile of achievement was wonderful :-) Here are some pics!
Owen's body-painting!
It's been quite hot and humid the past few days and we all know how much I love to go outside when it's like that....hahaha...soooo for being such a good boy as we have been couped up inside with the AC blasting, Owen got to do some body-painting last night! He had fun for a bit...but then he was all about getting that paint off!

GG-MA visits NH!
Great Grandma (GG-MA) came to NH to visit last week and we had lots of fun visiting with her. We got a photo of the 4 generations of ladies!!
